Refund Policy

At CLAPHIC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy to ensure your shopping experience remains pleasant and secure.  

1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:  
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.  
- The product delivered does not match the description or the order placed.  
- The product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.  

Refund requests for reasons outside the above conditions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of CLAPHIC.  

2. Refund Timeframe:  
- Refund requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.  
- Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.  

3. Refund Process:  
To initiate a refund, follow these steps:  
1. Contact our customer support team at cs@claphic.com with your order details and reason for the refund.  
2. Provide photographic evidence if the product is damaged or defective.  
3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.  

4. Return Shipping:  
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.  
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.  

5. Refund Method:  
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.  
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. Days will be 

6. Non-Refundable Items: 
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.  
- Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged.  

7. Exchange Option:
If you prefer, you may request an exchange for the same product (subject to availability) instead of a refund.  

8. Cancellation Policy:  
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return and refund policy will apply.
