1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern all use of the website www.claphic.com (the “Website”) and the sale of products by Claphic (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, you (the “Customer”, “you”) agree to these T&C and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a contract. If you are ordering on behalf of a minor, you must ensure that you have authority to do so.

3. Products

We offer biker jersey, apparel such as inner-liner ,T-shirts, motocross goggles, jerseys, etc. Product images, colors, and sizes are as accurate as possible but slight variations may occur.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

4. Price, Payment & Order Acceptance

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment methods: Razorpay, Amazon Pay or any other listed provider. All payments are subject to validation and authorization.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. We will notify you in such cases.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Title Transfer

Shipping timelines: generally 3-7 business days depending on location; delays may occur due to courier or external circumstances.
Risk & title for products pass to you on delivery to the delivery address provided.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery if product is unused, unwashed, with original packaging & tags.
Some items (e.g. inner liners after use, items marked final sale) may be non-returnable.
Refunds processed to the original payment method, after inspection, within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 7-14 business days of receipt of return).

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse our products; product use is at your own risk.
